PORT-AU-PRINCE — Martine Moise, via her attorneys, and a number of other others indicted within the assassination case of her husband Jovenel Moïse have questioned the validity of the decide’s order. Among the many preliminary reactions is that the indictment goals to exonerate the “actual” assassins.
